Hi Angie, Here are some more for you.

BRAISES PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES
1 Tbs. corn oil
4 pork chops 1" thick
1 1/2 cups apple cider or apple juice
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
2 red apples cored and cut in wedges

Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet. Add chops. Brown turning once for 10 minutes.Remove chops and drain excess fat. Add cider or juice, stirring to loosen brown meat particles. Stirring constantly, add soup mix, bring to a boil, reduce heat. Return chops to pan. Partially cover and simmer 10 minutes.. Add apples and simmer 10 minutes, partially covered. Using slotted spoon remove pork chops, apples and vegetable to heated serving plate. Cover and keep warm. Boil pan liquid rapidly over high heat 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over chops. Serves 4

Angie, I forgot to tell you that the Pork Hot Dish serves 6-8.

COOKED COUNTRY BAR-B-Q SPARERIBS
2 Lbs. Country style spareribs
1 medium onion
2 Tbs oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs. White Vinegar
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs.Brown Sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup chili sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Cut spareribs into serving pieces.Place in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Chop onion and brown in oil. Add, Lemon juice, Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce,brown sugar,water,chili sauce,salt and pepper. Cook this for 20 minutes, over low heat. Pour over ribs, continue baking for another hour.Serves 4 This is good served with a salad, and also reheats well.


ROASTED OR GRILLED PORK LOIN

Serves 8-10
1 4-5 Lb. boneless rolled pork 6 inch roast
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbs. molasses
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 cloves garlic minced

Combine ingredients in bowl until mixed. Trim fat from pork.Place pork in shallow dish or zip lock plastic bag. Pour mixture over pork ,turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight . Bake 325 degrees for 2 hours (basting with marinade) or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Can grill this outdoors.
