Recipe(tried): Breaded Pork Cutlets

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham

We too just purchased a freezer full of pork. I had the pork steaks tenderized. Dip them into a beaten egg. Next dip into cracker crumbs. Slowly brown in a mixture of butter and oil until browned. Continue cooking on low or transfer cutlets to a crockpot until ready to serve. Wonderful!
