Potatoe casserole help,maybe

Hi Grace, I think if you grate the potatoes is would probably work. I have always made it with boiled ones, and if you cook it too long, it sort of seperates, but I think if you worked with raw grated ones it would be okay.

It is VERY good. We have had it at family get togethers and on special occasions many times and it always goes over well.
