Question: Keeping recipes

I have a stack of recipes 2" thick. All the recipes I like, I print out. ready all these TKL I believe the gals and boys know how to put them elsewhere, bo you all have a special software???? if not if I save somehow, do they come up somehow like salad, entree, fish, meat etc.???? Would like help on this if it is easy. Thank you all
