CRANBERRY BROILED HAM
1 (8 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 1/2 tbsp commercial steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp prepared oil
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 (1-inch-thick) fully-cooked ham slice (about 2 pounds)
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well; set aside.
Trim excess fat from ham slice. Place ham in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 15 minutes.
Turn ham, and spoon cranberry sauce mixture on top. Broil 15 more minutes.
Servings: 6-8
