re: Advice on peeling potatoes ahead,AJin MD

there are several recipes on this site for making mashed potatoes ahead and reheating them. I add cream cheese and butter only and find they reheat and taste like fresh made. I think the recipe calls for cheddar cheese and sour cream as well. Hope this helps.
