Hope no one has had time to mix up the lemon meatloaf. All of a sudden it dawned that I had included some of the meat mixture ingredients in the topping mix. It could make a big difference! This is the way it should be - honest! The beaten egg, chopped onion, 2 ts salt and 4 slices bread crumbled should be added to the meat mixture. The topping is the brown sugar, catsup and dry mustard. Put your lemon slices over that. I'm so sorry for this. I'll do better next time!
