re: bread machine pan sizes

Misc.
I picked up a bread machine, the "home bakery" (by Sanyo)(model SBM 10), at a thrift shop. I had to go online to get the manual for it. While there, I read the interesting information of bread machine sizes, stating that it takes a 10 cup capacity bread 'pan' to make a one pound loaf. Mine is 9 cups, so I will not use any recipes for anything over 2 cups flour! Maybe this will help!
