Misc.I am sorry, but that would not be enough acid to can it. I am not sure the pumpkin seeds are a food that is cannable. I have never been asked about canning pumpkin seeds.
With the combination of low acid items, I am unable to give you a definite processing time.
One of the number one rules to safe canning is never make up your own canning recipes. I am sorry, but my recommendation is to freeze it.
