re: Catherine Clark Natural Wheat Bread

My husband and I have been eating this bread for at least 35 years. I don't remember any changes to the recipe in all that time. We can't find anything remotely as good. We also love Health Nut. We used to bake bread before we found Brownberry--and by the way--who would deliberately choose the name ARNOLD over Brownberry!!! Yeah, they brought it back, but it is still really hard to find, and it costs over $4 a loaf. --Anyway,if anyone has a copycat recipe, please share it. I am ready to go back to baking bread to get that flavor and texture again. We would be eternally grateful.
