Calphalon is not worth the extra money because the coating will wear off. I think it has something to do with the alkalinity/acidity of your water supply. All Clad is really great, but very expensive. I'd vote for the Cuisinart stainless steel. They even say on the box that it can go into the dishwasher! If you use Pam or something similar, you shouldn't need a nonstick coating.
