I have Cuisinart and love my set. A lot of people think the clean up on stainless is harder, but I have never had a problem with cleaning mine, and they last forever (as opposed to the nonstick surface coming off no matter how carefully you take care of it). Probably will sound pretty weird, but I also think the food looks so pretty (like when I do a stir fry) in the stainless steel. I do have a couple Wearever nonstick frying pans, I must admit, and there are some things that I'd be lost without them for (like pancakes). Anyway, that is my opinion.
