Cookware

Misc.

Over the last 10 years, I've slowly been replacing my pans with All Clad. They ARE expensive but I usually buy at a sale -- or an outlet -- and get 1 or so a year. I love them (and my daughter-in-law has asked if she can 'inherit' them!).

I still use my Wagner cast iron round griddle and also a newere grill pan. I still have (and use) a t-fal skillet for certain things. Not as much as I did. And I love my Joyce Chen wok-type pan. Use it a lot and not just for stir-frys.

But I'm sure I'll be getting more All Clad as the time goes by. It is so strong - should last a couple of life times.
