Cookware suggestions

Misc.

I have Ultrex cookware from Home Shopping Club also and I love it. I've had it for about 2 years - the coating is guaranteed for 55 years. You can use metal utensils in it, I've even mash my potatoes with the electric hand mixer with no problems. Even if the no-stick coating is stratched, it remains no-stick when cooking. I have the pressure cooker also but when I bought it, it had the no-stick coating but now they sell it without it. I had never had one before this one and I like it alot, altho it's difficult to find recipes for a pressure cooker. If any of you have a favorite pressure cooker recipe, would you please post them - thanks.
