Re: Corned Beef dinner

Hi Page. When I was younger my mother used to make corned beef and potatoes(they were scalloped). I dont have the recipe anymore but loved corned beef. This is the only way I have ever eaten corned beef. Is it the same?? Could you please post your recipe?? Very interested!!!! Colette
