Sandi, I have a lot of old cookbooks so I took this on. I found recipes using the cottage cheese, onion, and cucumber, etc in lime jello, and I remember having eaten the one with pineapple years ago, but I couldn't find a recipe with both cucumber and pineapple. Are you sure it had both? Do you want the one for lime and cucumber? You could halve the cucumber,use pineapple juice in the gelatin and add the crushed pineapple. I will post it if you want it.
