re: freezing pancake batter - did you try it yet Liz?

Hey Liz I just read your post about freezing pancake batter -- I have never done it but my thought is that if you throw it out anyway why not try it to see if it works? .... I would put in a ziploc and freese it as flat as I could with no air, that way it would thaw quicker cuz I don't think you would be able to thaw in microwave.
Let us know .... I have same problem and if I regrigerate it I never seem to get back to it the next day or 2 so I end up tossing it as well.
I don't make pancakes enough to care though .... next time I do I will try freezing unless you say it was a no-go.
