ISO: Freezing French toast and/or pancake batter

Misc.
I am wondering if anyone has ever frozen the left over french toast mix and/or pancake batter? I always seem to make too much and always seem to throw some away. My family is not into the freezing of the pre-cooked toast or pancake so I am wondering if anyone has ever frozen the batters before and how it worked out, if at all.

Thanks for any help!
