Re: Fresh Ham

If the ham is boned, then do what my gandmother used to do.
She would make a bread crumb stuffing, and stuff the cavity
with a well seasoned stuffing. I can't fine her recipe, but it was delicious.
It was a simple, turkey type stuffing without the poultry seasoning.
It also had sliced, fresh mushrooms.
