Good Morning. I would like to make a suggestion to you. Add lemon juice to your concoction & omit the vinegar. Also I might add some dried herbs. The herb of choice in my opinion would be dried mint. Also add dried oregano to the mix. lets begin at the beginning, employ a morter & pestle set if you can. Chop your garlic into small pieces or thru a garlic press, add salt a little more salt than you would ordinary. Then smash with your pestle, add herbs, & pepper.
