yup im as cuban as they come and living here in georgia is a hardship when i am cooking you cant get half the stuff you need

there is no bacalao, or tasajo, or malangas or plantanos verdes, god forbid you should find chorizo, o jamon serrano

i started experimenting with baking bread a few days ago with my 10 year old son, im having pan withdrawals
