I use regular meduim grain rice put 1 cup in pan with two of water.bring to boil when it reaches boil turn down heat cover and cook 12-15 min at low or until holes appear in top. i dont stir it. i fluff with fork when done . i use the caphalon cookware and the rice turns out good .i use exactly 2 parts water to 1 part rice so if im making one serving i use the 2to 1 ratio water to rice so i use 1/2 cup rice and 1 cup water/. one cup of uncooked rice = 3 cups cooked
always use two times water to rice in measurements
