Re: Help- Rice question

I have absolutley nothing to base this statement on, but I would think it would make a difference whether or not the recipe called for cooked rice or uncooked. If the recipe called for cooked rice, I wouldn't be afraid to use a Minute or instant rice. If the recipe calls for uncooked rice, I would use the real long or short grain rice.

In most recipes I have that call for cooked rice, I don't hesitate to use Minute of instant rice.
