Re: Help too much Rhubarb

In early to mid May there were many good recipes for rhubarb posted on this site. Perhaps you could scroll down and find them. Another thought, load up your rhubarb and bring it to Texas where we can't grow it but miss it so very much. Have to share this with you. I recently was in the grocery store and was I excited when from a distance I saw rhubarb. When I got to it and was looking at it, the young man in produce started telling me what rhubarb it was. He said just look how soft and big it is. Needless to say, he got a quick lesson on rhubarb.
