Recipe: Easy Tomato Salad

EASY TOMATO SALAD

"This is unbelievably good if the tomatoes are home-grown."

cucumber, sliced
red onion, sliced
scallion, sliced
rice vinegar
sugar
salt
cayenne pepper
fresh tomatoes, sliced
fresh mint or basil
salt
extra-virgin olive oil

Slice up some cucumbers, red onions, and scallions, and dress them with rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and a bit of cayenne pepper.

Slice up some tomatoes and sprinkle them with mint or basil, salt, and a drop of high-quality extra-virgin olive oil.
