re: How long will it keep?

Hope you like it Judy. Not sure how long it will keep but as in any home-made dressings (with dairy) many suggestions I've read seem to say 3 days is safe. You could try halfing the recipe and using it up quickly.

P.S. Don't be put off by the anchovies as they make the dressing!
