ISO: Green Goddness salad dressing from U&I Resturant in Corpus Christi Tx

While on a disaster assignment in Corpus Christi, Tx, We had dinner at U & I Resturant,several times and fell in love with this salad dressing. I think it has sour cream, you can taste a lot of garlic, it is smooth & thick. I've looked in our super markets with zero results.
