I requested a copy and will post them here when it arrives. In the meantime I've seen a few tips online for it if you want to experiment:

- You can use 1 lb of bread dough, a 1 lb loaf of frozen bread dough, or dough made in a bread machine for a 1 lb loaf.

- Lightly oil the inside of the tube (not sure if this step is necessary until I see the instructions).

- After placing the dough in the tube, stand it up on its end to rise (again, not sure if this is necessary).
