ISO: Bake-A-Round Instruction sheet

Hi, I recently picked up a Bake-A-Round. I would like to try it with a commercial frozen loaf but there were no instructions with it. I've found instructions online but the recipes are unreadable.

Did you ever get and post the copy that you ordered? If so, where can I look at it?
