Re: Jalapeno peppers

Misc.

Has anyone ever canned Jalapeno peppers in a sweet brine? I have sampled some before and they were wonderful. They had a combination of sweet and hot which had a lot of potential. I used the jar I was given to make a Mexican tartar sauce which worked out well. Any assistance I could get with a canning recipe would be greatly appreciated!
