re: Mexican Cheese Cake

Hi Pam,

The recipe I have always prepared in Mexico is the one containing the usual: regular cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla flavor (optional) I don't have the recipe here with me but I will look for it and share it with you.
If you wish, you can have the lady who makes this cake, write it down for you and I will be happy to translate it for you and your Mom.
