Good Evening Barbara, I'm glad you liked it. I am having the Beef Stroganoff tom. night. My son has a basketball game and I always fix some type of pasta dish for him and he loves the beef stroganoff and just happened to ask for it . And yes, I'm 'full of easy dishes' I'd be happy to share with you. But I must get back in the morning ,my husband is screaming for me to get off the computer and come to bed.
