Recipe(tried): Easy Beef Stroganoff

This is so easy that you don't mind making it more often than the traditional method. Not that, it is so hard but I'm spoiled with this way and is very good.

EASY BEEF STROGANOFF

3 lbs. stew meat cut in bite size pieces, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. of dry onion soup mix, 1 large carton of sour cream. Combine the first 4 ingredients in large pan with top. Cover. Bake at 325 for 4 hours. During last half hour add the sour cream. Serve over noodles. As ususal I always add to recipes and to this I add Cabernet or Burgundy wine amount would be to your own taste. And I also add a can of mushrooms. Hope you enjoy this.. One other note: before cooking I sprinkle a little meat tenderizer on cubes and let set short time. I am sure that it would be fine not too, but I have always done it and the meat falls apart. (The wine helps tenderize too). Have a good day!
