Misc.the bread you are looking for that they call Pan de Azucar is a bread called Mallorca. which is a sweet dense bread that at times they put a light coating of suger. In SAN JUAN or any bakery in PR. they split it butter it and heat up on la plancha. Hope this helps. denise
