Recipe(tried): Easy Bake Cobbler (using biscuit mix)

Desserts - Fruit
EASY BAKE COBBLER

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk (coconut milk, gives a different flavor)
1 can pie filling*
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 can of vanilla icing

Melt butter in a pie pan, in the oven while it is preheating to 350 degrees F. When butter is melted remove pan from oven; set aside.

Mix Bisquick and sugar together, then slowly add milk and blend together until there are no lumps.

Pour batter into the pie pan, then drop spoonfuls of pie filling throughout the pan. Sprinkle almonds over top. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together; sprinkle on top of almonds.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Melt icing and drizzle on top while pie is still warm. Then drizzle another layer after pie cools.

*My favorite pie filling is apple, peaches, and cherry. I also have mixed cherry pie filling with chopped pecans.

This will make you hurt yourself.
Have fun.
