I own a baking biz and have I got a recipe for you!!

1 1/4 c Flour
3 T Brown Sugar
1/2 c butter/margarine

With pastry blender, combine and press into 11X7X1 1/2in pan 375 degress for 20 minutes.

2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c light corn syrup
3 T melted butter/marg.
1 t vanilla
1/2 c mini semi-sweet chips

mix in bowl until combined. Pour on hot crust and bake 375 for 15 -20 minutes. Store in refrigerator until ready to cut and serve.
