Raquell: Mine is a Kenmore & it happens whenever I use a pot that has some water on its bottom (must be completely dry) or is not perfectly clean because of a spill or any residue from my previous gas stove. I use the cleaner recommended by Sears or sometimes a local product & invention known as Dr. Mecanico. Both work well.
