re: Polish Sausage

Misc.
Jackie/Josie

Not a 'pro' just raised in a Hungarian neighborhood, growing up. Also, a large Polish settlement not far away; which is still thriving in Cleveland, OHIO.

For a while the local Polish neighborhood paper had a recipe section and these recipes were included in one of their articles.

I do have a sausage grinder (hand) with the tube and have some casings in the fridge. Just waiting for colder weather to make my own sausage.
Made some when I lived in Idaho and packed it in too tight; when I cooked them they split all over the place.

Like to give instructions that I would want someone to give me if I were starting something for the first time.

You gals/guys on this website are so great about helping everyone and I truly appreciate all of the assistance I have been given.

Regards, LaDonna
