re: Polish Sauage

Misc.
My family has been making Polish Sausage for years. I finally wrote down the recipe as my Dad was making it. A coupple things I noticed that your's didn't have: Mustard Seed, Thyme & Marjoram. Let me know if your looking for a little different recipe & I'll forward mine.
