Re: Polish Sausage Recipe (for Josie?)

I checked my one cookbook that has sausage recipes but it didn't have one for Kielbasa. It occured to me while I was at work today that someone might know where a recipe could be found. There are several people of Polish ancestry where I work. One of the other teachers thought she could find a recipe for me since she knows people that used to make their own. I guess they used to share and take turns using a smokehouse. She said that most people no longer made their own but she was pretty sure she could come up with a recipe for me to share. Anyway, it will be at least Monday before I will get the recipe from her. I will post it for you as soon as I get it. Have a great weekend!
