POLISH SAUSAGE
Recipe #2

3 lbs. medium ground pork butt
2 lbs. ground beef chuck
5 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 Tablespoon (dried) marjoram
6 cloves garlic, pressed, or finely minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne (red pepper)

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casings or make into patties.
