Thanks for the reply (with the two Kielbasa recipes).

Your making the time to research and obtain the recipes was very kind of you, Jackie, now Josie should have a good base recipes.

I collect ethnic recipes, especially Hungarian, Polish and Czech (I am of Bohemian extract); also Irish. It is great that others are maintaining their heritage, through recipes.
