Re: Question--Deviled Eggs

Hi Esther, come to think about it, that is odd, because I think the term deviled is about the same as diablo (sp) which generally means hot and spicy, such as in tomato sauce. Most deviled eggs arent hot and spicy, but I do put mustard and vinegar in mine. Anyway, that is probably the origin of the term.
