Re: Quick/Easy Dinner Ideas?

Misc.

My favorite and easiest way to fix boneless chicken breast is take a half to full sleeve of ritz type crackers and crush them in a ziplock bag to fine crumbs , add one packet of dried Good Seasons Italian dressing, shake together in bag then coat plain chicken breast with it then cook in skillet with a couple tablespoons of either butter or olive oil. It takes only 12-15 mins. Then I boil some noodles and add to four cheese sauce and stick some beans with butter and garlic/pepper seasoning and a gourmet dinner appears in 15-20 mins for all.
