Quick/Easy Dinner Ideas?

I just discovered this board and wonder if anyone has any good ideas for a quick/easy weeknight dinner menu? Tonight, in particular, I'm going to do something with boneless/skinless chicken breasts and would love to try something new!! Thanks in advance for any ideas!
