Terry, you're incredible :-) !! I'm making Cactus Pie for our 4th of July Cook-Out. I used the peeled, sliced prickly pear paddles on a veggie tray last summer, with a salsa. Everyone was asking, "what kind of melon is that?" All of your recipes here are worth a try.
