Re: Request: Chicken Salad Sandwish recipes

My family's favorite (hubby hates onions, bummer for me) is white or dark chicken diced with some mayo, some chopped pineapple and some chopped almonds. Just add as much as looks good to ya. It's a good way to use that little bit of pineapple that always seems to get left over at my house.
