Recipe(tried): Chicken Salad Sandwich

Sandwiches
Dear Beth,

This isn't a recipe with measurements, but chicken salad is pretty forgiving.

Mix together: shredded chicken (I use all-white meat)
Miracle Whip (I think MW has a better flavor than mayo)
Dry mustard - watch out it can get very spicy
pepper, maybe some salt

Optional additions: finely minced onion
sweet relish

Serve on toasted white bread.
