Recipe(tried): Chicken Salad Sandwich

Hi Beth,

My easy but yummy chicken salad is made with canned Swanson White Chicken Breast, chopped celery, salt and pepper, mayonaise and some dried dill. I've made this with real chicken breast that I cooked in water and cut up, but I've found the canned to be just as good, only easier! You could also add some green pepper. Try with bacon and american cheese on pitas. A little vinagrette is good too.
