Hi Yanira,
I don't know how long you plan to store it, but you can dry it and put in
airtight containers. If it's a filled pasta, i.e. ravioli, you could freeze
it in containers and/or ziploc bags. It's sold that way in the grocery stores
so I would try it at home. Hope this helps a little!
